Get Your Cable On

Newsarama has posted a double-barrel "Messiah War" interview with Chris Yost and yours truly, if you want a sneak peek at what lies ahead. Cable #15, the penultimate installment of "Messiah War," appears next Wednesday; you can find a 5-page preview right here at CBR.com.

Hey Duane,

Big fan of Cable from way back and have been reading the series from the start (also pick up the odd issue of IIF since you write it). Keep up the good work. If there is one thing that I think could make the series even better, it would be to have a little more dialogue (or "events") per issue. One thing I was wondering was what was up with the artist position. Is P.Gulacy there for only two issues? Is Axel still looking for someone permanent?

Well, no one seems to be leaving any messages so I might as well go old school, with some good old numbered questions.

1. In X-Men #200 Cable seemingly died, but then came back during MC. Is there a plan to tell the story of how he survived and where he was for 5 months?

2. Will Cable ever get the "professor" back? That interaction was cool.

3. Any chance for a Cable/Domino/Wolvie love triangle?

4. I wanna see a crossover between Marvel's two greatest soldiers (Cable, Captain America)after the next Messiah crossover and I want it written by you and Bru. Sound like a good idea?
